  • Roman Chamomile

  • Ylang Ylang 

You can massage a dab on your temples, behind your ear, neck, wrists or on your feet. You can dab a bit on a cotton ball and place it next to your bed. I would recommend diluting some of these oils with a carrier such as olive or sweet almond oil. Please test a small bit out first to test for allergic reactions or to see if you like the aroma.
